The creative works presented and the services offered on this website are produced with the use of generative artificial intelligence as a tool supporting the creative process.

The services include original concept development, selection, editing, composition, and post-production carried out by the Contractor, with AI tools used as technical support. Copyright in the elements creatively developed by the Contractor remains with the Contractor and may be licensed to the Client, in accordance with individually agreed terms.

Due to the nature of generative AI tools, the Contractor does not guarantee exclusivity or complete uniqueness of raw generated outputs, which may show similarities to other content generated using comparable technologies.

The Contractor is not responsible for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from input materials provided by the Client, such as photographs, logos, personal likenesses, voice recordings, or other content. The Client declares that they hold the necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.

The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to carry out an order if its content could violate applicable laws, personal rights, rights of likeness, or trademarks.
